The Personnel Services supports the University's human resources and personnel functions in relation to recruitment, contractual issues (including conditions of service, sickness, discipline and grievances), employee relations (including negotiation with recognised trades unions) and the provision of advice to senior officers, Heads of Departments, other managers and individual staff. Based in the Fielding Johnson Building, we have sections providing a generalist personnel service to the various staff groups in the University's workforce, in addition to the Equal Opportunities and Staff Welfare section.
