University of Leicester Research Scholarship Scheme

A series of Research Scholarships in specific disciplines is now available to students from the EU and UK. This has been designed to create a range of opportunities for funded PhD study.

Scholarships are available in Archaeology & Ancient History, Criminology, Physics and Astronomy, Economics, Engineering, English, Geography, Politics, Labour Market Studies, Law, Medicine, Sociology, Museum Studies and Health Sciences.

Those joining us through one of these Scholarships can benefit from a package of fee waiver, full or partial stipend worth up to �17,000 each year depending upon the subject area. Please consult the details for exact amounts.
