Top-up any time

Can be topped up at any time using the Note and Coin loader on the Mezzanine Level, Charles Wilson Building.

Can be topped up between 09:00 and 16:00 at the Control Office, Mezzanine Level, Charles Wilson Building if your are using a cheque or credit card

How does it work?

Get a 5% discount on homemade items and hot meals.

Simply hand you card over to any of our City based outlets and the money will be deducted from your card.

Secure your money

Your card will have your picture on it and the money loaded onto your card is stored electronically on the server not on the card. If you lose you card report it to the catering office who will blacklist your old card and issue a new card for a fee of £5.00.

Please note refunds are not given for any balances remaining on the cards
