Berlin December 2006
The Knowledge Cafe session run by Gilly Salmon at OnlineEduca 2006 in Berlin on Thursday, 30th November. The focus of the session was threefold, namely: (a) influencing European Commission programmes from the ground up; (b) the impact that e-learning can have on the development of European programmes; and (c) who actually decides where the priorities lie and the links into local activities.
