Specially designed for the over 55s, this class combines yoga and pilates-style warm-ups with contemporary movement to music from the 1940s to the present day. A great way to experience contemporary dance in a safe, fun and creative environment, it also provides practical suggestions on how to stay active at home. No specialist kit required though it’s a good idea to wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes.

A fun and friendly class specially designed for children under 4 years and their parents / carers using traditional nursery rhymes and popular party favourites.
