INFORMATION FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Academic and Research Services is responsible for all aspects of administration relating to students and their courses. Your first point of contact is the reception desk in the main entrance of the Fielding Johnson Building.  This is where you should go to complete a request to change any aspect of your registration, including changes of address. You can also obtain information here about transcripts, degree certificates and degree congregations.  If you are considering a change of module or degree programme or a suspension of your studies, you should first speak with your personal tutor or Head of Department.  You may also seek advice from the Registry, which you will find in the Fielding Johnson Building (ask at the reception desk). It is important that you understand the academic and financial implications of any change.  The administrative procedures and the regulations governing your degree programme are set out in Regulations.
